Initial Teacher Training

The LEAP Federation schools are proud to work in partnership with  London Metropolitan University offering primary teaching apprenticeships, a school-led route into teaching.

Teaching apprenticeships are a pathway into teaching for post-graduates, that combines academic qualification with the practical skills you need to become a teacher while learning on the job in our vibrant and innovative schools.

Professional Pathway

In collaboration with the Hackney Teaching & Schools' Alliance, the LEAP Federation can offer a range of professional development opportunities within a nurturing and committed community of Hackney schools, from initial teacher training to senior leadership, supporting and developing teachers at every level via a comprehensive range of courses delivered by a network of committed experts.
